Copilot Studio → Velaro in four steps

The MCP path requires no code and no developer involvement. Your Copilot Studio admin can complete this in 30 minutes.

Publish from Copilot Studio

In Copilot Studio, go to Publish → "Publish as MCP Server". Copy the server URL and API key.

Add to Velaro

In Velaro Admin → Integrations → MCP Servers → Add MCP Server. Paste the URL and key. Click Discover Tools.

Velaro reads your topics

Velaro reads your agent's topic descriptions and understands what each topic can answer.

Once your Copilot Studio or Azure AI Agent is connected, you pick how Velaro uses it. Both modes run on the same connection — switch per bot flow.

Mode B — Direct passthrough

Every message goes straight to your agent

For chat paths where your own agent should answer every turn, Velaro passes the visitor's message straight through — no Velaro LLM step in the middle. Reasoning runs on your agent, on your Microsoft tokens. Velaro keeps the widget, channels, routing, handoff, and reporting.
